Solar Project Manager

About the role

Own a portfolio of rooftop projects from signed contract to commissioning. You hold the timeline, the budget, the crew, and the customer relationship — and you do not let any of them drop.

What you'll do

• Run 8 to 15 active rooftop projects in parallel across Delhi NCR
• Lock site surveys, design approvals, material readiness, and crew scheduling
• Coordinate civil, mounting, electrical, and commissioning teams
• Manage customer expectations honestly — no surprises at handover
• Close the loop: net meter, subsidy file, and warranty kit handed over cleanly

What we're looking for

• 3+ years managing solar rooftop, electrical, or construction projects
• Reads single-line diagrams and structural drawings without hand-holding
• Comfortable on a roof, on a call with a customer, and in a vendor escalation — all in the same hour
• Strong on documentation and project trackers
• Holds the line on safety; no shortcut is worth an injury
