Solar Operations Executive

About the role

You will own post-installation O&M for our rooftop solar fleet across Delhi NCR — site visits, fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance, customer service tickets, and OEM coordination. This is a hands-on, field-heavy role for someone who knows inverters, batteries and PV systems inside out.

What you'll do

• Run scheduled site visits for preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Diagnose and resolve inverter, battery, and module faults on-site
• Manage customer service tickets end-to-end with tight SLAs
• Coordinate with OEMs for warranty claims, spares, and technical support
• Maintain accurate service logs, RCA reports, and AMC documentation
• Support AMC and rooftop teams with technical inputs during sales handovers
• Enforce QHSSE and safety compliance on every site

What we're looking for

• Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical / EEE / Mechanical engineering
• 2-7 years of solar O&M, service engineering, or rooftop installation experience
• Hands-on with on-grid and hybrid inverters, BMS, and module-level troubleshooting
• Comfort with SCADA / monitoring tools, BOM preparation, and site documentation
• Willingness to travel daily across Delhi NCR sites
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
