About the role

Own the paperwork that turns a sold rooftop into a switched-on rooftop. You will move applications, inspections, and subsidy releases through DISCOMs and government portals without losing a day to bureaucracy.

What you'll do

• Drive net-meter applications end-to-end with BSES, Tata Power, and state DISCOMs
• Coordinate inspections, load sanctions, and feasibility approvals
• Track subsidy disbursements (MNRE + state) and chase pending files
• Maintain a clean record of every customer file, deadline, and follow-up
• Build relationships with DISCOM staff, electrical inspectors, and government officers

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in liasoning, regulatory affairs, or government documentation
• Hands-on experience with DISCOM portals or RTS PM Surya Ghar workflow preferred
• Owns a two-wheeler and is comfortable with field visits across Delhi NCR
• Reads, writes, and negotiates fluently in Hindi and English
• Patient temperament — government work rewards persistence over speed
