Inventory Executive

About the role

Run the spine of the operation: panels, inverters, mounting structures, BoS — every item accounted for, every project material-ready before the crew leaves the warehouse.

What you'll do

• Maintain real-time stock visibility across the warehouse and active sites
• Plan procurement against the project pipeline — no idle inventory, no project delays
• Reconcile GRNs, vendor invoices, and site issuances weekly
• Coordinate with vendors on lead times, quality issues, and replacements
• Run cycle counts and a clean monthly closing

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in inventory, supply chain, or warehouse operations
• Comfortable with Excel pivot tables and an inventory or ERP system (Tally, Zoho, or similar)
• Solar or electrical hardware exposure is a strong plus
• Detail-obsessed — variances are personal
• Calm under deadline pressure
