About the role

You are the first real conversation a homeowner has about going solar. Not a script. Not a pitch. A clear, honest read of their roof, their bill, and what makes sense for them — and what does not.

What you'll do

• Qualify inbound leads through call, video, and on-site visits
• Walk customers through bill analysis, system sizing, and subsidy eligibility
• Build proposals that are technically sound and financially honest
• Hand off cleanly to the design and operations teams
• Own your funnel: pipeline hygiene, follow-ups, and conversion

What we're looking for

• 1+ year in consultative B2C sales — solar, real estate, insurance, or premium home category
• Numerate enough to defend a payback calculation on the spot
• Drives a car or two-wheeler; willing to do site visits across Delhi NCR
• Listens more than they talk
• Comfortable telling a customer their roof is not suitable when it is not
